Orders & Shipping

Q: Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
A: Yes, we ship anywhere!

Q: Where are you shipping from?
A: We ship from the US in the Washington, DC area.

Q: Do I have to pay with PayPal?
A: Yes, right now we are only accepting payments through PayPal.

Q: Can I return an item?
A: No, we do not accept returns or refunds. Each product is checked carefully before shipped, but if the product is damaged contact us immediately and we will work something out.

Q: May I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel an order only BEFORE it has been paid for and shipped.

Q: If a shirt is the not right size, could I exchange it for a different size?
A: No, there is no way for us to exchange a shirt if you change your mind or if it is not the right size. Please make sure you order the right size by checking the Size Chart.

Q: I don't have a credit card, but I know you guys from school. Can I pay in cash?
A: If you know us from school then you're pretty lucky. Yes, you can met up with us at school and pay in cash (no shipping fees, of course). But please fill out the order form and be sure to note in the comment area that you'll be paying us at school.

Products

Q: How big are the buttons?
A: They're 1.25 inches, a bit larger than a quarter.

Q: What are the T-shirt sizes?
A: The shirt sizes are all fitted adult female sizes. Check the Size Chart for exact size.

Q: Can I request a shirt be in a color that is not listed under the item?
A: Our shirts come in pink, blue, white, and gray. So yes, if a design only comes in white and gray for example, you could request for it to be in pink or blue. But note that it may not look good, thus why it was not listed as a color option. However, you may only pick from these 4 colors offered.

Q: Could I request for a certain design to be added to the shop?
A: Suggestions and feedback are always welcomed! Just fill out the Contact Form.

Q: The product I wanted is sold out. Will you ever make more of it?
A: We cannot guarantee that we will stock up on an item once it has been sold out. However, we may bring it back if it is in popular demand.

Falling Alice

Q: May I join Falling Alice as an employee?
A: No, I'm afraid we’re not taking anyone on at the moment. We're a small business, and we're just starting out as well. This may change in the future, but it doesn't seem likely right now.

Q: Can we be affiliates?
A: Most likely yes. The rules can be found on the Links page.

Q: Is all the art on your site done by you?
A: Yes, mostly by Matoki. Mai helps out occassionally.
